Mountain Biking
In my spare time I ride mountain bikes. I started riding mountain bikes back in the mid-80's into the early 90's, at which time I became career oriented. Around 2001 I started riding again. It helps that I changed jobs and now have a great mountain biking park less about a half a mile from my work. I ride with a co-worker to two.
Last year I bought a new mountain bike. An Independent Fabrication Deluxe.
I had to fill out a questionnaire and they made the bike custom for me. Its
a sweet ride. Here's a picture:
Latest Family Addition
My kids decided they wanted a dog. So we spent a couple of weeks scouring the pounds and SPCA in the area. Lots of PitBulls and Pit Bull crosses. Not what we were looking for though. Went to back to one pound to look at a dog that had become available, but he turned out to not be recommended for kids. Saw her sitting there, with a waiting list, but no one had showed up.
We're pretty sure she's an English Setter, and from the books and websites, she looks like she might be a Llewellen Setter. Shes very sweet, loves to run, came crate trained and house broken. Gets along great with our kids and cats.
