Building an Entertainment Center

Today I got a few minutes to cut the shelves for the bookcases. Started with 8' long plywood boards that were rough cut to width. After a few minutes at the table saw I ended up with this: scanned yet.

Those fit nicely into the dado's that I cut in the sides of the bookcases:

In a moment the first bookcase is dry assembled:

And a little bit later the second bookcase is dry fit:

Still need to cut the rabbet for the back, and trim down the shelf widths, cut the pocket holes to attach the face frame with. Since this is going to be painted I don't have to worry too much about them seeing the pocket holes since I'll plug them once the face frame is attached.
