Building an Entertainment Center

Started assembly of the main TV cabinet.

Use long parallel jaw clamps to hold the shelf in place while it drys. Then a couple more go in place. I use some shop made clamping squares to get the shelf square before I clamp it in place. Unfortunately I only have enough long parallel jaw clamps to do three shelves at a time.

After those three dried I did the next three:

Once these dry, I'll get the other side glued and clamped in place. In the meantime I went by the hardwood dealer and picked up the maple I need to build the face frames, doors and drawers

Added the other side today, had to dig out some more clamps to get the thing all clamped up. You can never have too many clamps.

I'll add the missing vertical dividers and start on the faceframe. Then add the back and doors and drawers.
